Natural Body Wash

 Body wash is a convenient way to wash off all the impurities from your hands and body. Though the body wash are mild when compared to the soap bar but at times do not hold really good for over sensitive skin. Also, many people consider the body wash more like a luxury item because of its price. If you too are one of those people who do not want to spend much on body wash, we have a better solution. Why not go for a natural body wash? Astonished? True, you can make a body wash all by your self without spending much. This is going to be indeed a thrilling experience. You can facilitate your bath with a personalized self made natural body wash.

To start up the errand, bring home a mild odour less shampoo. The baby shampoos are best for this purpose. They are safe and not very expensive. Now pour the content of the bottle in a cup. Add equal quantity of water to it. It is better if you use filtered or purified water so as to avoid any impurities in the body wash.

You will need some skin safe essential oils to make your natural body wash nourishing. Tea tree oil, lavender oil is the best choice. These oils are rich in anti bacterial properties and suit almost every skin type. Add just a few drops, not more than 30, to the base and mix it well. If you are really driven by the pleasant aromas you can also try jasmine oil or sandalwood oil.

To make the natural body wash more beneficial, you can also add herbs, flower petals, orange peels. To do this, you will have to boil these ingredients for a little more than 15 minutes. Once the water become thick, drain all the herbs and mix the thick water with your original base.

You have added fragrance; you have added natural cleaners then what are you left with? The moisturising agent of course! You can add the milk cream or the Shea butter to give a gel like texture to your body wash. Mix it with aloe Vera oil for still better results. Pour the contents into the base mixture and stir it well.

Your very own natural body wash is ready now. Empty the whole content into an opaque container. Always store it away from the direct sun light. Though there is nothing harmful added in this body wash but still to be on the safer side, do a patch test before applying it on to your whole body. In case of any irritation or burning sensation, avoid its further use.
